Wayne Rodenboh began his career as a Life & Health Insurance Agent in Pennsylvania. He specialized in individual health insurance with a focus on mom and pop businesses.Working from a new office in Maryland Wayne expanded his business by hiring and training many new Life & Health agents to work for him in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware.
Still focused on selling individual policies, Wayne recruited and trained agents for his team from D.C., Virginia, West Virginia and North Carolina emphasizing educating the customer and offering the best product at the lowest cost.
Wayne & Ann moved to Wiliamsburg ,VA while developing a new Newport News Office.
The business now offered Life, Health and Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage Plans and Medicare Prescription plans. Though the intent was to stay in Williamsburg for only 2 years, the Rodenboh’s fell in love with the area and purchased their retirement home. Wayne continued commuting everyday, overseeing 3 offices & 40 agents in 6 states.
By the end of 2009 it became obvious that the current business model couldn’t survive as many regulatory changes were taking place in Health Care.
Wayne closed his offices to find a new direction for the balance of his working life. He was turning 65 and enjoyed helping seniors with their insurance needs and Medicare decisions.
Today, Medicare Solutions of Williamsburg is a successful and caring, family owned business, run by Wayne and Ann Rodenboh. They still love living in Williamsburg and they work hard to meet the needs of all their customers, individually. Wayne is a licensed, independent insurance agent, serving all of Southeastern Virginia. He is focused on educating his customers on the best insurance products available at the lowest cost and still meets with his customers face to face in the privacy of their own home!
